Patrick was professional, friendly and efficient! We had 5 girlfriends on a Palm Springs getaway and the AC wasn t working on a very HOT day. He got there quickly and went out of his way to explain what the problems were and what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them!

The firm overall was very professional and excellent to deal with. Edwin, the technician, was excellent - he efficiently fixed our air conditioner, explained things well and was polite and thoughtful.
