Quickly diagnosed issue, replaced board that went bad and showed me the damage on the old board. Went above and beyond by noticing solar coil blocking intake and removed at my request since there is no longer solar in the house. Furnance is now working better than ever.

We had a new EnergStar rated furnace and AC unit installed. Randy and Teresa were promt and professional in responding to our needs. They submitted a variety of written proposals for us to consider so they we could compare our options in different price ranges. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home improvement contractor. Randy does an exceptional job. He was always on time, finished the job in the time quoted, and worked hard to take care of my house. At the end of the job all of the paperwork for rebates and warranties was prepared for me so that all I had to do was sign them and send them in. I highly recommend Complete Comfort.

Randy was able to diagnose that we were having valve problem due to faulty installation. Two other service companies were unable to make this diagnosis let alone repair the system. Randy ordered the part and repaired the system within a week. Outstanding.
