I take no pleasure in writing this review and I wish I was a satisfied customer but the simple fact is that I am not satisfied with the work done by Complete Comfort. I live in a two story home and currently it is like living in 2 separate houses. The gist of the problem is that the main floor and the upstairs do not maintain the same level of air flow or temperature. When the service technician last came out, his instruments measured a 10 degree difference in temperature. The main floor was at 68, which is what the thermostat was set at, but the upstairs was reading 78. Considering I spent more than $20,000 on this unit I expect better results and I definitely expect greater concern from the management team at Complete Comfort. I would caution everyone to think twice before working with Complete Comfort, there are many options in the AC/Heating industry and Complete Comfort should be your last option. updated review 12/19/2025--***Additional Information: A management representative responded on the same day that I posted the original message on December 15th. I was asked to call so we could discuss the issues I reported. I called on the afternoon of the 15th (Monday), I was told that the manager was in a meeting but would call me back when the meeting was over. It is now Friday afternoon (the 19th) and no one has returned my call. I thought I should add this as I have previously read negative reviews regarding other businesses and see that a management representative replies asking for the opportunity to rectify the situation. I always wondered if things were made right or if it was just for show.

If I could give zero stars I would. To start, lets dig into the initial problem, and details of why I called Complete Comfort out. I have a four year old furnace in a newly rennovated home. It was having problems keeping up with the drop in temperatures and the gas would shut off not incredibly long after starting up. The error code suggested it was overheating. The tech texts and misspells his own name. He arrives and is able to open the gate on a 4 foot high fence. He then walks into the house smelling of marijuana, and takes over an hour and a half and a half to come tell me the heat exchange needs replaced. He shows me a picture of some metal that has barely any rust as evidence that this unit needs entirely replaced and says that it was clogged with dust and debris. The quote I received to replace the heat exchanger was $8700! I refused service as the real problem is the gas flow was set too high causing the flames to rise to high causing the overheating which is a $100 repair!

Complete Comfort Systems has been hired by me three times over the past year to install a propane water heater, propane furnace, and a central air conditioning unit. I was very pleased with the professional and very knowledgeable work I saw performed. They returned calls, texts, and emails to help me in my installation planning. I would gladly hire them again.

Excellent service and quality work with a quick response time. Very well knowledge and skilled personnel did the installation. I am very happy with the entire experience.

They were great, from our salesman (who beat everyone else's prices), to our 2 techs that installed our AC & Furnace were polite, informative & helpful.

The service was grate they really took the time to make sure things was done right. They also was so kind and made sure that they picked every little piece up before they left my home , and even the next day they called and made sure. I was fine not many company does that but complete comfort did I just love them they are some grate people

Had complete HVAC/Air Conditioning system installed last summer.. They initially appeared to have a good price, but AFTER installation I received an email offering an additional 10%. They refused to honor the additional 10% even after I called and talked to some manager. They did not give any filters with the new system even after I asked. (No, not even one IN the system!) After installation several people pointed out that the system was installed incorrectly. It was too close to the house, the outside unit was not up on legs as required and there was no "trap" installed where the furnace drains. I believe that some of these errors were code violations(?) The people who came to do the installation and the people who came back to fix it were nice and acted professional, but I would NOT recommend this company. I put a negative review on Google, which they had removed TWICE, after offering a few free filters which I have not gotten.

Quick to respond. Provided options based on need and desired outcome. Easy to work with sales and installation teams.

Ryan was amazing! He took the time to show me what was wrong with the water heater and best solution to fix it. He was up front with the cost and even had additional recommendations on the hard water issue. I will call this company again!

Friendly expert service and even went the extra mile. The door where my furnace lives was off track and the technician put back on . I literally cried! It was a horrible day with not heat. By the time the technician left my home two problems were repaired. I am now a life long customer!

Daniel explained what he was going to do (change my thermostat), the cost and which options would work for me. He was very professional and completed the work efficiently, Decided to go with their service program.
