The company arrived very timely and repaired unit by putting 3 lbs of freon in. I asked for an estimate on replacing the unit and never received it. That is why the low rating.

This is the first time I used HomeAdvisor and I could not have been happier. Dennis from Complete Comfort called me the morning of my appointment and asked what was going on with my system. He put the parts needed to fix it on the truck. His guy showed up 10 minutes prior to the appointment time and had my unit up and running in 20 minutes. I'd hire them again in a second.

Excellent top notch service. Dennis called me right away to confirm and was actually close by returning from another job and was able to come right over two days before the appointment. I was pleased because it was the July 4th holiday weekend and I thought we would have to be without air conditioner for the fourth. But no he came the same day and right after I contacted him thru home advisor. He was able to get us up and running the same day, before the holiday. I'm impressed with their immediate electronic billing system as well. Professional, fast and considerate of our needs. Will definitely use his services again.

Dennis and his staff are very professionial and very knowledgeable of his trade...I had two units that needed repairs and Dennis was here within an hour. And within an hour him and his staff had the problem resolved. It's nice to have these kind of guys on your side. An overall good experience. The equipment was installed and operates correctly. A little bit sloppy in terms of cleanup and supporting services (plumbing, electrical) for the money paid I expect more. The contractor did provide literature and documentation as needed.
