Project: Repair Interior or Exterior Doors - For Business
My initial request was to put a weather strip in door, once repairs were completed - there wasn't a weather strip in the door. After I pointed it out, he went back and placed the strip.

I know that you understand the importance of positive reviews as well as the manager of Tim Short Mitsubishi in Clarksville you also have to deal with bad reviews as well as good reviews. We take our customers feedback seriously. Each year we service over 14,000 retail sites, and most of the time we do a great job. We reviewed our intake notes from your call with us on our recorded line, and noticed that your initial request through Home Advisor was for weather stripping. Your call with us asked us to fix aluminum trim on a door and a door closer. Our tech was dispatched with that in mind. When he completed fixing those two items the notes in the account agree that your assessment that upon completing the two items we were contracted to fix you asked our technician if he had replaced the weather stripping. He stated he had not, and asked if you wanted him to. At which point he replaced that as well. I am sure this is a misunderstanding, and we do wish you had reached out to us if you were unhappy. Regardless we have called into the store, we were unable to reach you but it appears our repairs are holding up well, and there was a consensus that the person felt the dealership was happy with the work. If you are unhappy please contact us as our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
