I love this company! They were very professional and the quality was amazing! I love both my bathrooms now and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to renovate their house.

Communication and project management was excellent, and Paige was awesome. Tile work was OK, but tile setter never cleaned up after himself and our garage was left in a huge mess when he was done. We had to request someone clean the garage floor, and after a couple of attempts we just did it ourselves. Overall happy with the results.

Review by Gina M. in Layton, UT
I hired Complete Construction to update and fix 3 bathrooms, my kitchen floor and to install a new railing (I don't care what anyone from the company says it was installed backwards). My bathrooms look good and they all work. I'm giving them 1 star for the following reasons... 1. Poor communication. 2. Not showing up when they say they will. 3. Leaving doors open. (I have dogs and a 2 year old living here and we live on a busy street in Layton) 4. Angry or rude sub contractors. 5. Leaving messes. 6. Unorganized and poor planning.
Response by Complete Construction: We are glad to hear that you feel the work we did looks good! I crew of 30 something year old, male, constructions works do not good dog/babysitters make. You are correct there. Unfortunately, unlike Santa Claus we do have to use your doors to bring product into the home and clear out demo materials. A sad but unavoidable fact. Luckily your adult children living with you were there to watch your grandchildren while the construction was happening. Making babysitting services unneeded. We really wish you had communicated your concerns about communication while we were in your home. We would have had communication where we could have fixed the communication issue, through your communicating with us your communication concerns. Even after this review, we were unable to get any communication from you after multiple attempts to communicate, by phone, text, email and HomeAdvisor. So we must communicate in a public communication, as the communication with your adult children appears not to have been communicated to you. Construction zones are indeed messy, again you are right there. We wish there was a way for it not to be, but it is. A good lesson for all, when you choose to live in a home that is under construction, there will be some mess. We have no doubt that it was more difficult for you with multiple generations of family living in the home all at once, with all of their belongings everywhere. We do however clean up each day around the items left in our construction zone as best we can. That darn drywall dust just gets everywhere, especially around personal items left out everywhere that are not put away. We even offer a "final clean" at the end of the project to do a more detailed clean up. Running a construction job with multiple trades and multiple tradesmen can feel unorganized at times to a homeowner, rest assured, your project manager and foremen both know what is going on at all times. Each project has its own project timelines and often dates and times get adjusted. The overall job however gets completed within the pre-disclosed timeframe, as your job did. It is not likely that someone will be in your home 9 hours a day, every day. For example, when setting a shower pan, that is only a couple hours of work, then it must set at least overnight before it can be touched again. This is in your best interest, and if a concern over scheduling had been communicated we would have explained the process more in-depth, and why some trades cannot work back to back. DIY TV with all its editing sure makes this process look seamless. It is not. I can confidently say that we did not install your banister with the newer post against the wall and wall bracket floating unattached at the top of the stair. (That would have been backwards). I wish we could post photos. I believe your complaint was how close the balusters have to be to meet code requirements. You did tell us you would have liked them more spread out when we did our final walk

Needed our 8' x 8" hot tub removed. Got it removed and hauled off and the workers were great, thoughtful, and cleaned up the area before leaving. Their customer service was great and I will use them in the future if needed.

We recently had a major kitchen remodel done by Complete Construction. We are so impressed and delighted with not only the finished product but with which the company did the job. They were on time, professional, polite and completed the job in a timely manner. We highly recommend them.

Complete Construction was actually my third attempt at finding a contractor to finish my basement. The first two came out and measured and then I never heard from them again. With Complete Construction, they have stayed true to their word. After they measured, they delivered the estimate when they said they would deliver. The project started right on time and has stayed on schedule. The employees are friendly and the work is top quality. I would definitely use this contractor again.

Hired Complete Construction to complete two bedrooms and a bathroom. From start to finish there was very good communication. Every time I texted, called, or emailed I got a response. It's rare to have a contractor that will communicate so effectively and show up at their scheduled time.
