Complete Construction

I feel elder abuse was used with me. They sent three guys out for a job that only needed one, after an hour they all took off for an hour or longer lunch. All they did was paint two walls and both sides under a bar, replace mop boards and painted same area. They were suppose to put new kickboards in the kitchen but forgot. They didn't speak English, well, they said they didn't. The head guy spoke broken English. I was charged over $1800 for this, it should have taken one person 3hrs to complete this. I had four people here for two days, absolutely ridiculous. Tom Shaggy showed up at my door out of nowhere and said he listens to the insurance companies and goes to get work that way. I feel this company is totally untrustworthy, as one of the guys tried to take a gallon of my Sherwin Williams paint. He also broke a $65 lamp and told his company he didn't break it, funny, it wasn't broken before he got near it. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. They are 3 to 4 times too expensive, try to steal paint and break objects then try to hide it. I haven't been this disappointed in a company since the last crooked contractor I hired 6yrs ago. Are they all liars?

They were fast and the work was done as promised. The project manager, Kenny kept me informed every step of the way. They worked with my insurance and my mortgage company. I would use them again.

Finish work was a little sloppy.

Complete Construction was hired to repair water damage to the interior of my motherâ s home, which included a small bathroom and laundry room. Repairs included new drywall, removal of tile floor, install of new tile floor, and minor painting. The first attempt to install a new floor resulted in disaster. Installer added cement up to 1 1/4 inch high in an ill fated attempt to â levelâ an already level floor. From the instant he started, my mother knew this was not being installed properly. She promptly tried to contact Paige over her concerns and was repeatedly dismissed. The project manager, Sid, was rude and did little to remedy the situation. The floor was eventually removed, causing extensive delay in job completion and disruption to my mother. Paige sent up the same installer to attempt to lay the tile a second time, and this time he laid tile that he could not cut correctly and had broken. My mother noticed the broken tile(s) immediately and called Paige again. She left voicemails and was again met with resistance from Paige. Finally, Sid was removed from the job. The last site supervisor was helpful and on the third attempt, the floor was installed correctly. My mom was without a washer and dryer for 4 months due to numerous mistakes that should not have been made. Do NOT hire Complete Construction for any job

I used this company not through homesdvisor, but I want to share my terrible experience. Metlife send this company to me for my water damage claim. Communication is so awful. I even did not receive the invoice, and don't know how much I should pay, because the amount the company asked is different with Metlife paid me. It already sent to collection. Be ready to waste a lot of time if use this company. Be sure to text not phone call for future evidence, cause they are not honest. and please check what other customer said at wXXXX. not only me has bad experience with this company.

I love this company! They were very professional and the quality was amazing! I love both my bathrooms now and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to renovate their house.
