Complete Construction

We work for George for an entire week during July 4th holiday and he would not pay anyone and stated that we told him we would work for free so he could see our work buyers beware he's not an honest person. We worked 16 to 18-hour days to make sure his swimming pool was ready for his family reunion after the reunion he would not answer his phone calls or open invoices. He owes us thousands of dollars unfortunately have to take him to small claims court buyers beware

Good Morning,  George is a great guy! He was referred to me by a friend who uses this company to flip houses. My friend said, his fees are high, but he guarantees his work.  Let me start by saying I have NEVER had construction or renovation before, so my issues may not be issues at all.  Facts: .Construction started sometime in April. It is now almost October. Renovation is ongoing.  .The given timeline is six weeks. I asked but was not given a new timeline. Without appliances, the cost is $88.5k. Everything else is included. Some add-ons are 12K... There should be some subtractions due to a mishap with one of the contractors. . At present, I have been asked to buy the faucets, lighting, Delta kit, and ceiling fans. Hopefully, this is coming out of the 100K provided.  -- My friend who flips houses and referred me to this company stated they should have completed this project months ago.  .Because of frustration, I asked my male friend to talk to George so that this project would move along.  .No, there has been an increase in movement.  As a single woman with no insight into this process, I became a pest. The contractor ignored my text...  I am a disabled veteran with PTSD. My anxiety is through the roof. This whole process and request for more and more money have me spinning out of control with signs and symptoms of PTSD.  The contractor is aware of the diagnosis and has insight into how it manifests.  Again, I have never had renovation before, so maybe this is normal. IDK I have no judgment, just concerns. This writing is only information.  You determine its validity. I have no experience.  Have a GREAT DAY!!

George was quick to come out and address the leaking roof. Very easy to communicate with and a pleasure to do business with. Will certainly hire again when the need arises.

We were trying to get our roof replaced, but our insurance company said there wasn't enough damage to get a new roof. The original roofing company KRG said they could not fix the roof for the price our adjuster quoted. Complete Construction came and said even though its estimate was higher, they would match the adjusters cost. They did a great job. Both George and Sterling were easy to work with! I would highly recommend them

They are great they stick with you from beginning to end. If anything needs to be fixed they come back until it is done right. Recommend to others all the time and always use them first as they are amazing! He is a perfect contractor.

Quick, responsive and responsible. George and his crew showed up on time, gave a fair assessment and estimate, then scheduled and completed the work timely. Polite courteous and helpful throughout Definitely on my "keeper" list now!

Wow! George handled everything. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dependable. This was my first insurance claim in 26 years, however he had worked with my insurance in the past and knew how to work with them. I took his architectural shingle recommendation for replacement which has a 30 year warranty & better life expectancy. He didn't need for me to tell him about getting a city permit for removing/replacing my roof. Not only was my roof damaged, but I didn't need to search for anyone else to handle the interior & attic damage...he does it all. You see, I live out of state and never once did I have to fly out to check on his progress, he forwarded me pictures. He also was accommodating to my tenant. Don't think twice, he is the man for the job. (Thanks George!)

I had a small job - just repair a shingle that flipped up after a storm. It took a couple days for George to find a matching shingle, but I told him I was in no hurry. For the minimum service call price, George Sr. did the work and fixed a few other things for free while he was there.

I hired this company to replace my roof after it was damaged by a storm. From the beginning of the process to the end, George was amazing. He is knowledgeable, professional and has excellent customer service skills. He worked with my insurance company and the job was completed within 2 weeks of my first contact with him. It was a pleasure working with him and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any roofing needs. My new roof is beautiful!

He did not do the work properly, he worked on my roof, but it is still leaking. I do not want him back in my home. I want my money back.

I had a large mult-layered roof that was a combination of an extensive flat roof with sharp angles and valleys. George explained how the previous roof was installed incorrectly and what corrections needed to be made. He provided me with several pictures that provided views of the before and after product. I am extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this trustworthy and ethical contractor.

George with Complete Construction was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was competitive and his watranty was the longest I have seen for a roofer.

Our church hired this contractor after consulting with three other repair contractors. His price was not the cheapest but he had good reviews for repairing metal roofs and presented himself as thoroughly knowledgable about metal roofs in particular. He performed the work, provided pictures and video evidence of the repair work performed and did everything on time and in a timely manner.

There was an additional area on the roof that needed repair which added to the cost; however, the peace of mind of not having to worry about it makes up for it.

Rotting around two chimneys, metal roof, replaced all boards, metal around base of chimney's. And the cedar boards up the chimney that were rotten. Cleaned up everyday before leaving and never left a mess at all. Professional and on time, will and have recommended his business.
