My son hired these people. They brought the wrong shower first. He wanted shower stall w/glass doors. Didn't get it. They put in one that has to have shower curtain. Wanted pedestal sink. Put in a cabinet sink. Was too big. They turned door around so it would open & didn't move strike plate. Which hasn't been fixed to this day. They finished work 2 wks. ago. Didn't want the door painted because other 2 doors in the area were brown. They painted the door white. What work they did was good, just wires got so crossed. I recommended this site but my son hired them. He is satisfied with it and glad the work is done.

There is really just one complaint. When we initially discussed the job, he told me he could process my credit card for the payment. Once the job was completed he denied he ever said that. As a result, I had to run to my bank and use up my savings account. I was very unhappy about that.

Do not hire - Does not stand behind work. Total job was over $8,000. Paid 5.85 for wood flooring and installation. Josh showed us one piece of flooring as a sample. He failed to mention that it was not first quality. On the day they started installing the flooring, we noticed there were C markings on the flooring. Most of the flooring was satin finish but some pieces were glossy. When we looked at the box, the flooring said "Cabin Grade - Sold As Is". Josh even used two different colors of flooring. It looks horrible. My home is ruined. The flooring was not installed properly because the flooring moves when walking on it. They did not use enough nails and did not trim well around the doors. We complained to Josh and he said he would come back to fix it. It has been over a month and he never came back. Now he will not answer the phone. Josh took advantage of us because we paid him in advance. He sold us trash flooring and half installed it. I have pictures to back up everything I say.

"Wow, I must say I'm shocked. I literally just got back in the States from the first vacation in 2 yrs, and I see this. I am sorry I was unable to answer, but to say this is hurtful and dishonest. Anytime you have called, we came running. I got accused for messing up a chair lift, so I paid $650 to fix it. I have spoken to you and explained the materials I purchased are from a wholesaler and you agreed to buying. Why would you allow us to install the entire floor if something was wrong with it? And about not nailing correctly, this is a lie. We installed with hardwood air compressor with staples every other row of flooring."
