They were great for weeks but asked for funds on jobs that were not 100% completed. We paid them regardless and trusted them. We did what we could to ensure they had funds to support themselves and keep food on the table during these crazy times. The job sits uncompleted. They then invoiced for jobs that had never been done, painting, and drywall repair. They were once again paid as requested and then never showed up again. After numerous attempts to contact them via text, emails, and phone calls, nothing. They informed us that they ordered a new glass window to replace the one they accidentally cracked during construction. Again, no response, and the window was never replaced. Thousands of dollars in trust and we have been left hanging. We now have to hire a glass company to replace the large double glass window, and a contractor to finish the exterior patio stain, etc, and a painting company to paint the garage, drywall repair, etc, once again. Again, they were perfect as contractors for some reason must have left the state and fled as we have heard nothing from them on any of the pending and paid items and projects listed above. They will have our gate opener and have not sent that back. No call, no text, no email, and no apology and once again we are left spending more money now to hire another contractor to finish their jobs. Unacceptable. One of the best clients they ever had which can keep them employed with jobs and referrals for a long time and they chose to forfeit and disrespect us. Time for us to also call the Better Business Bureau. Very sad.

I am happy with CDC's work. They need to improve on communications.

They were very respectful of my house. Besides doing a top-notch job, they cleaned up a very messy job. Even when they finished the outdoor tile job near my pool and were paid, they returned Monday morning, inspected the area, and cleaned up very tiny droppings on the pool deck. A highly professional group of young men made sure my wife and I were happy. Planning another tile job indoors for them to do.
