I ended up purchasing a new garage door. Nathan kept me informed on timelines and was very professional. He did a good job of matching existing door since the old one wasn't currently manufactured. He removed all the debris and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend his services.

Nathan called immediately, came a short time thereafter, completely repaired our broken garage door spring. We were unable to lift the door and both our cars were stranded inside the garage. Complete Garage Door services was very professional and honest with our repair. The tech fully explained our options and gave us a quote with each of our options. They were also quick to get the replacement part and get us on the schedule to repair the garage door. Their service was very quick and the tech was very friendly and helpful. I thank them for their speedy repair.

They were helpful and on time. Although they didn't know how to work on the type of garage door opener we had. And as usual sold us a whole new system. They charged us a service charge even though I went with their work. But when I complained they took off the $49.99 service charge.

They did what I asked. Offered but did not push to do other work. Price was fair for the market. Higher than I paid in San Diego for the same service but not bad.

We needed help. Our garage was invaded by the use of a universal remote. Nathan talked me through the lock mode feature that I hadn't noticed before. Now we have peace of mind. If I ever need garage door services in the future, Nathan will be doing the work for sure!
