We had a challenging project where we needed the wood flooring in the house to be extended through the kitchen. Serghei was upfront about the difficulty matching, but he did an excellent job. Very friendly, detail oriented, professional, and kept the house clean while working. Will definitely be using him again when we refinish all the hardwoods throughout the house.

I had all of the red-oak floors in my home refinished by Serghei, and they came out beautifully! Serghei worked with one helper, and I was entirely comfortable leaving him in my home when I was not there, which is saying a lot, especially these days. His work is meticulous, and he does not cut any corners in his work or with his materials. They left my home clean, and remarkably, nearly dust free, in spite of all the sanding that was required. At all times he and his helper were very friendly, concerned with what I wanted, and professional. He even suggested a coating on my stairs that is slip resistant, and did not charge me extra for it, which I felt reflected his concern for me, his (senior) customer! He is the owner of this company, and cares about pleasing his customer, and the outcome of his work. I could not find anything that he overlooked, he made sure to get under the appliances, and every nook and cranny along the perimeter of the floors. In short, an altogether beautiful job. Highly recommended.

Complete Hardwood Floors did a great job refinishing and repairing the oak floors in a house we remodeled. They also stained a new stairway and mantel. Serghei was very professional and easy to work with. They were able to get the job done in the time frame we requested and the finished product and attention to detail was terrific.

I hired Serghei (Complete Hardwood Floors) to refinish all of the pine floors in our home (including a set of stairs). We have 3 different kinds of pine ranging from a basic 40 yr to 150 yr old reclaimed boards. He knew how to handle each situation, and finished the project on-time and within the quote. Serghei exemplifies a prideful craftsman and teaches you (the home owner) about the process different wood challenges and the pros and cons of different options along the way. One of the things I liked best about his approach is that he sought feedback from the technical representatives from the finish company and from his other contacts in the industry before proceeding with something about which he was unsure. We had some challenging aspects with the reclaimed boards that were not typical. Overall, highly recommended and several of my neighbors have asked for his contact info.

I cannot say enough about the job Serghei and his helper did on the floors in our new home. The home is 16 years old and the wood was washed out and faded. Within 4 days they look brand new. He even found and fixed a spot where the subfloor had been damaged by water. Serghei knows his stuff when it comes to wood and flooring and it really shows. He even took the time one day when my wife went to drop some things off at the house to walk her around and show her everything he was doing and make sure she was as informed and educated as possible. She really appreciated that and I did too. When the time comes to screen and reapply the poly (no time soon, but eventually) I have no doubt my call will be doing back to these guys!

Serghei is amazing. I worked for years in flooring, but Serghei actually taught me a few things I didn't know. He was BY FAR the most knowledgeable of the contractors who looked at my floors. My 25 year old floors had been abused by 6 dogs and 4 cats (one of them incontinent) , but Serghei sanded them down and refinished them and now they look like they were laid yesterday. It was almost our entire first floor, so he did the work while we were away on vacation. He treated our home like it was his own and even looked in on one of our cats to make sure he had not overturned his water dish. I can not say enough GOOD THINGS about this man and his work ethic, except to say it is only matched by his knowledge and abilities. If you have floors that need work, don't look any further than Serghei. He was in the middle of the pack for price (not the cheapest, but not the most expensive), but as someone who used to lay flooring from carpet, to tile, to pre-finished hardwood, I have never met anyone that knew more about hardwood floors than this young man. If you don't hire Serghei, I guarantee your floors will not look as good as they might have.
