He does good work, he works hard, fair price, but he has not completed the work I needed for him to do. I promised him I would buy him dinner if he would finish the job I hired him to do. I have a lot going on. He seems to be wanting a romantic relationship I am not ready for yet, and dragging his feet to finish the job I need to be done now! It looks like I have to hire someone else to complete the job I wanted him to finish! sad!

Hired him to fix a leaking pipe on the sprinkler system. It got worst and he never came back to repair it. After collecting the money, I never see him again. He did not keep his promise to come back and fix the work, and did not honor his workmanship.
