Complete Home Systems

Way over priced. Started out to be insurance claim for water damage in a 7x6 ft bathroom. The initial bid to the insurance company was almost 6k. The insurance denied the claim because the problem had gone on long term. No contract signed, no full bid upfront. My mistake. The final billing was almost 2x the amount quoted to the insurance adjuster. I had to argue with Bill Pharr about his redundant billing. Most invoices I have received are based on time x hourly wage, plus materials, not Bill's. He is a really good talker to account for his inflated prices. In the end, I still paid (in my opinion) or shall I say over paid, but he agreed to a reduced amount. He said I am not in touch with todays prices, but my husband was a commercial carpenter for 30 yrs and knows what things cost and how long it should take to do the job. He could not do the work because he just had 2 knee replacements. His workers left such a mess, it took us my husband and my self over 8 hr to clean. Tile dust everywhere! I will not use his services again. We were in a bind because we had a renter waiting to move in. Bottom line is....get the full cost upfront at least then you can shop around. Two good things I can say, he got on the project in a timely manner and His office assistant Sherrie is nice to deal with. For that we are grateful.

I strongly recommend not hiring this contractor, this is why: Being a professional project manager in the field of Industrial Mega-Projects, I have dealt with many General Building Contractors over the years. Never have I dealt with such a bad General Contractor as William Pharr and his company, Complete Home Systems. Mr. Pharr was contracted to build a 375-square-foot art studio in April 2021; which finally passed a Building Inspection in November 2022. This supposedly 4-month project was never actually completed, and there were many quality issues. Punch list items after the inspection was simply ignored. Besides the building quality issues, his crew caused damages to my home and property, which were also ignored, costing me additional money in repairs. But it is much worse Mr. Pharr did not pay his bills related to the project even though he got paid by me. Mr. Pharrs assistant surprised me by informing me on a Wednesday he had not paid his lumber bill, so my home would be placed on a lean Friday. I paid this bill to avoid my home going into lean. He also did not pay some of his subcontractors, whom I also paid, such as the: concrete, drywalling, interior finisher, and painting subcontractors. In the end, I had to take Mr. Pharr to small claims court and won judgment! I won't recoup my full losses for dealing with Mr. Pharr due to the monetary limits of small claims court, but I hope this abbreviated review of my experience may assist you in avoiding similar problems.

We enjoyed working with their friendly staff! Our air conditioning went out on the hottest week of the year! A busy time for them but they fit us into their schedule and a week later we were back in a nice cool home. The price was reasonable and we would use their services again! Be patient doing a complete home remodel during Covid, it requires extra time. Cherayne the project coordinator was amazing and a pleasuretoworkwith. Bill the contractor is an excellent designer and offered suggestions that enhanced our living space. I definitely feel we got our money's worth, he spared no expense on using quality products throughout our home. I felt the tile layer was exceptional, the painter and finishing work was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Complete Home Systems, I will forever be proud of my home.

Scheduling was an issue because they would never show up when they stated they would. The quality of the project has been so poor and I have had to have them come back multiple times. Never finished the repair and never came back would never use this company again!! lied if you have them do anything make sure you hire an inspector to check the repairs! flooded under my new home and would not fix issues also installed a holding tank and did grading in the back yard and had to pay another company to fix this as well. WOULD NOT FIX ANYTHING WORST COMPANY !!!! lies upon lies !!!

I hired them remodel a bathroom, My issue is they have incomplete work, I have not been getting called back. I already paid for complete project. I am willing to give better rating once project is complete.

Custom detached, 3600 sq. ft. garage was built for me. I love it, it's two story, insulated, drive through with a lift, with an upstairs living quarters. A wet bar downstairs as well. Inside drainage channels were also installed, I can wash cars in my garage. He did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Bill did such a great job, we now have a place for family members when visiting. His company also installed a decorative block retaining wall along with a beautiful walkway, and hooked up a 20' swim spa set below ground level along with a deck around it. Stamped, colored concrete drive was also installed. Thank you so much, Bill!
