Complete Lawn Maintenance, LLC

We have been using Complete Lawn Maintenance since 2016 and are extremely pleased with their service so much so that we continue to use them to this very day. Their price is fair, they are reliable and can be trusted to take care of our lawn even when we are not in town. They always send pictures of each completed job to ensure customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend their service.

I have intended to write this review for a while now. Just look at the stars and you will see my opinion. Jermaine is a great guy! He knows about yards and landscape plants, does great work and it is a pleasure to work with him on issues about my yard and garden. He now comes on a regular basis to keep up the yard then when needed he schedules additional time for the project. He is such a personable guy and I always enjoy having conversations with him. Oh, and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend him and his company.

I experienced Jermaine as a highly conscientious professional. I had a few misgivings which are the lack of documentation for landscape design and project planning errors. Our project called for the installation of variegated mondo grass on a strip of ground approximately 40 foot in length. I was advised to purchase 20 plants which I did however once the plants were installed we noticed some were closer together than others. It is difficult to achieve the right spacing between plants without measuring the area before planting. We are pleased with the work and plan to use the company for another project because we liked their pricing and they finish to work on time.

This company had a very quick response, which I appreciated because I needed help within a few days of calling. Phone assistance was very pleasant. Mr. Turner was prompt. My only reason for not giving 5's across the board was that the price was a little high. But Mr. Turner was willing to negotiate. This was a one time service and for that reason I was willing to pay the price of convenience.
