Promised the world, failed to deliver. Difficult to contact representative about problems. After finally returning our calls he consistently failed to show up on day and time promised. Hired to install new sod and a sprinkler system. When finished sod had many gaps between pieces and entire yard had lumps throughout. Was promised that contractor would return in two days and go over the lawn with a heavy roller that would supposedly level everything. Didnt show up again. Along the way of this fiasco, we also discovered that the sprinkler system wasnt working. Another couple of months of promised visits that seldom happened. Our project began in mid-December of 2018, and we called it quits in mid-June of 2019. The yard still looks like crap, but the sprinkler system finally seems to be working. If you need any landscaping, you should definitely STAY AWAY FROM COMPLETE LAWN CARE and IRRIGATION

Mr. Robinson was very personable and attended to all details. Performed as advertised and did an excellent job even with the clean up following installation. I would recommend his services to anyone and all. Thank you for a job well done, 5 star for sure!

Very pleased with the work performed on my sod install. The quality of the sod was not a good as I had hoped but the installation was fine. Time will tell if sod takes good. The crew worked fast and cleaned up after themselves.

Bottom Line: Great job and I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others. The irrigation system is of high quality and was installed professionally and fully functional. They actually slightly underestimated the amount of sod needed; HOWEVER, they brought extra sod to cover all my areas at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Only reason, I did not give solid, is because the communication in the beginning was a bit and hit or miss and the answering machine is full. BUT, it is ALABAMA after all--these folks are VERY BUSY because they have a solid reputation. UPGRADE: You can see it below. However, I regret giving them a good rating. On three separate occasions, I have needed them to come out for maintenance on the system after the installation last year. Each time, their response is very poor. On my current request, I have a broken connecting pipe to a head. I called them almost 30 days ago. They still have not come out for repair. I have made several follow-up calls and was even told, and I quote, **We will be there today!**--that was over two weeks ago. I have made three follow-up requests since then and have no answer. Also, overall the system is not great even when working. I have several areas and all of my islands (between curb and sidewalk) that get no water at all. There also is no consistency in the heads--some are way above ground, others are low, and few are level. I made a good review after my install because I wanted to establish a rapport with the company and was afraid of giving a poor review for lack of service. But, even with my good review, I have received no service at all. Today makes exactly 1-month since I called for service and was told someone would come out--that is totally unacceptable. I never even receive a courtesy call to let me know if and when they will come--if ever--to repair my system. Only verbal response I ever had been, **You are on the list!** This is also bad for HomeAdvisor -- your reputation in jeopardy if you endorse them. You are free to call me and I will tell you the details of other problems I have had with Complete Lawn Care. I want to be fair and honest--please give me a call.

We were having some issues with water seeping into our basement. We called and they were out for a consultation that afternoon. We received an easy to read quote by email. We were amazed at the amount of work they were willing to do for the price! We accepted the quote and they began the work 2 days later and it was completed in 2 days! They removed part of our existing privacy fence and re installed it in a different location, they installed drainage systems and graded and re sloped our yard to reroute when it rains, and placed sod in the new location. All materials were cleaned up as if they were never there! We are very pleased with this company and will be using them again, if ever needed! Communication before and after completion was excellent!

They have landscaped my entire yard including pool area and other necessary drainage to prevent erosion. I would highly recommend to anyone. They provide excellent services for a reasonable price.
