Richard on the phone was extremely nice, and so was the lady that came to clean (Jacqueline?). Unfortunately, there were supposed to be two cleaners, but one called in sick. One person for the "deep clean" price we paid was really not enough to get the job done as needed.

My cleaning is done correctly. She goes Above and beyond to clean to my specific areas. She doesn't stand around talking. She is on the move all the time. I have to stop her long enough to ask a question.

"Thank you for the feedback Nitai. The bathtub was left dirty because your contractor told me to stop and not to clean it when I started it. He said he was replacing grout there and specifically told us not to clean it. Had we not been told specifically to not clean the bathtub we would have. We did dust all the fans with our duster to the best of our ability, so I apologize you were not satisfied with that. We are able to return to fix these items if you would like. I will be in touch with you today. Thanks!"
