They were able to schedule an appointment AND fix my AC within 2 hours of my first contacting them! Their timeliness wad much appreciated, especially since my little one was running a fever and needed the cool of a properly functioning AC!

Complete Mechanical was amazing installing our entire HVAC system and water heater. I got both upstairs and downstairs units fully replaced inside and outside, a new water heater, and whole house humidifier installed. The attention to detail done by the installer is amazing lines are run nice and neat. Everyone involved was very professional. Luann was amazing as the owner of making sure my needs where being met and time line was being met during the whole process. Would recommend and would use again.

I arrange to have 5 Heating and cooling companies bid on replacing my complete Furnace and A/C units Complete Heating & Cooling were the first company to meet with me in my home and I received a bid on the same day. (Oct 2016) the other companies 1 never showed up for an arranged appointment 2 others were late for there appointments with no explanation and the last one never provided a quote. I was called out of town for several months for work and did not contact Complete Heating & Cooling until the end of Feb. 2017 to proceed with the repairs fully expecting an increase in their quote due to the length of time that had lapse since the quote was given. Complete Heating & Cooling not only honored the original Quote they were very Prompt, Professional, and courteous. I had an issue with my electrical panel when they came out to install on a Friday evening and they were not able to power the new unit until the following Monday when the electrical panel was repaired the tech Billy took it upon himself to bring me his personal space heaters just to make sure I did not get cold. This is a company that cares about their customers I can not sing their praises high enough.. I will recommend Complete Heating & Cooling to everyone I know. This kind of service is un-heard of today. My love and prayers for health, happiness, and prosperity to all at Complete Heating & Cooling.
