Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
I woke up on a snowy day to find out that I had no heat in my home. I submitted my request to Service Magic and Chris responded right away. From the time I discovered my problem and spoke to Chris, it was resolved within 3 hours. I was so grateful because who wants to be with out heat on a snowy day. Chris was professional and he handled my heat problem in a reasonable time. I am truly grateful for his workmanship.

"I responded to the customers emergency call. He thought he had a leaking water heater. Turned out it wasn't the water heater leaking, the condensate pump for the A/C system hadn't kicked on and was leaking on the floor. Got the pump working and saved the customer the needless expense of a new water heater."
