I was referred to Sal by a our realtor estate agent and we are thrilled to have him as part of our team of professionals we can call on for help. We have hired Sal twice now. First time was to fix a leaking pipe under our house that was identified in our inspection report. The second time was to help replace our kitchen faucet fixtures (which side note for your first time home owners reading this—way more expensive than you think it will be). We went with Sal because he offered fair pricing and was flexible and moreover, we like working with him because he’s communicative, thorough and to top it off: he’s got a great sense of humor. Here are three reasons why you should hire him: 1) Responsive communication style Sal is responsive and communicative in the days leading up to our jobs. For our faucet swap we were able to handle the consultation for my estimate virtually which worked for me and my scheduled and preferred way of communicating. I had to shift our day a couple of times with Sal (with more than 48hrs notice) and he was always understanding and flexible. 2) Quality workmanship Sal and his helper arrived on time and took care of my 3 sinks in about 3 hours. Everything was cleaned up and he continually checked in with me with any questions or concerns he had. I appreciated his knowledge and ability to explain things to me in layman’s terms. 3) Great customer support Once we wrapped up the work we decided I needed a small extension cord for my new configuration in order for my garbage disposal to work. I didn’t have one on hand so I purchased it later that week. However, once I plugged it in, I realized the button we installed wasn’t working. Sal and I exchanged a few quick texts and he came early the next day to fix it. I appreciated his response and post job support and swiftly resolving the issue. Bottom line: we fully expect to hire Sal again for future needs.
