Complete Pool Service and Repairs

Jass was great to deal with. He is very honest and fair. There were a few snags on updating our new pool pump, but Jass always kept us in the loop and and solved the problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jass to anyone and would definitely use his service again when i have a pool issue in the future.

The guy was a star. Went straight to the problem. It was apleasur3 to watch.

Jass is my go-to guy for everything pool equipment, pool related plumbing and pool service. Jass replaced my old leaking heater and installed a new variable speed pump - top service with reasonable price. As we replaced our pavers, Jass was always available to fix leaking pipes, as this is what happens when you do rough re-paving in the backyard. Once the paver work was completed, Jass continue to support to find eventual leaks. Just today, he replaced a set of leaking valves, again, a great job. Beyond that, Jass is taking care on our weekly pool service. If there is a problem, he is always reachable, approachable and with a very reasonable price.

Solar panel leak after 4 months. It was such a simple fix but he ignored it trying to blame me and the cold weather. I had several specialists come over who said it just wasnt tightened enough. Not surprising because although I hired Jass to do the work he had teenager kids doing it as he said he cant go up on the roof anymore. I was easy to fix. Just screw it together more tightly but Jass ignored me. I didnt understand why but now I see why since he knew the other things he did in my home that he knew would break. He scammed me. He charged me $400 to replace a pump. He said he has a good used one for me. Turns out this pump shouldve been thrown away because it was removed by him by the customer for a reason. The bearings are bad and its very loud since the date he installed it. That means the pump ran dry at one point. He knew this but he salvaged a broken down pump to sell to me which is so unethical. It is a scam. On top of that he put us in danger of electrocution. Its CA LAW THAT PUMPS ARE GFCI protected. He could lose his license. WHEN installing a new pump this is so critical for safety. This is why pool people should have a license and be well trained because they are dealing with electricity and water. Additionally he didnt close pump properly. It is under pressure. The way he left it it couldve exploded on someones face. Another serious danger. The filter tank clamp wasnt bolted all the way. Springs werent touching. So Dangerous Jass kept ignoring my calls. I couldnt understand why until I had real professionals come over and tell me the mess he left me in. Finally I called him on a blocked number. He answered and I asked him why he didn t contact me. He said Im not interested and hung up on me because he knew the used pump wouldve died by now, he knew the solar wasnt done right and he knew he was caught. The pool professionals who came to my home said they never saw such a dangerous situation. He not only scammed me but he put us in danger of electrocution and explosion. I thought he was such a nice guy too. I totally trusted him until I had problems and he disappeared. There was no reason for him to disappear because we never had any issues before but I understand now because he left me with a mess.

Pool heater failed - had two other repairers look at it over months with no success. jass responded promptly to my contact, assessed the situation and diagnosed the problem - the heater was full of water and shot. He then gave me a reasonable quote for purchase and installation of new heater. Installation done efficiently and when promised, and even some extra no cost repairs. My pool equipment was not working and I could not get a hold of my regular pool guy. I found Jas on Angie's/Homeadvisor and he responded right away. I felt confident in his knowledge of pool equipment and he went the extra mile to diagnose the problems. I am hiring him to replace a burned out pump and some valves.

Jas was very good. We needed a pump replaced. Jas was professional and installed a high quality pump at a reasonable price. He completed his work on time as promised.

I can't speak highly enough about Jass! I called, he came the same day, he went over my existing equipment and took pictures, the next day I got an email with new replacement equipment suggestions and costs. We felt him to be super knowledgable and honest (this was not our only research and bid on the job) so we firmed everything up and he started the job 3 days later. His work is meticulos and we are now letting our current maintenance company go to hire him.

the repair was on the pool solar and Diablo Pool people were great and professional. and didn't mind working on equipment that the hadn't installed . I couldn't see the work but i'm sure its done properly because the leak did stop. So I will keep this number for any future pool needs

Jass was great. Very knowledgeable and happy to share his thoughts on the best way to manage the pool. He installed an automatic solar panel system...shame we are heading towards winter, so we will need to wait until next year to reap the rewards. Also installed cartridge filter system. Good quality work from someone who cares about doing a good job. Highly recommended.

Project is not complete so I cannot finish this review but so far so good.

The most knowledgeable pool expert I've ever met! He spent over 45mins troubleshooting my pool issue, advised us what to do and didn't even charge us!

Jas cam out and looked at a project in Brentwood to give us an estimate of repairs. He was not only helpful, he is VERY knowledge of pools, filters, pumps etc., plus solar heaters, you name it he knew it. He even knew about water tables. Showed up before he was supposed to be there, very informative, educated me, very insightful, fixed it promptly. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

He was quick, responsive, and knowledgeable. Rewired my pump and everything. Great job and quick.

Jass was very professional and completed both the solar and heater installation in time for my great grandson’s 18th birthday.
