Rob is the best and so helpful! He does not mind explaining how things work and does a great job maintaining my pool. I appreciate that he is so conscientious about not just making sure the pool is clean, but that it is operating effectively. It is important to find professionals you can trust to help you and do a job well. Complete Pool Plus is that company! I am very impressed that he goes above and beyond. I was having a few issues with my pool, and although he is not licensed to fix those problems, he made very sure to check everything he could on his end before I had to call for repairs. He even chastised me for not telling him sooner - now that is dedication! I highly recommend Rob and his company and appreciate his high level of service and care.

Had a problem with my pool timer and Rob Chalker recommended someone to fix it. The next day, he followed up, asking how their service was. I was very impressed and asked him if he could help with my pool, which had turned into a "military green". He was professional, and so efficient. Pools looks great. BRAVO!

Rob Chalker is an awesome man of his word. He brought my pool from a green swamp to a beautiful clear pool. The owner is absolutely customer service oriented, any question you ask he answers, when he said he will be there he service your pool. I have nothing bad to say about them, they do the service, if there is a problem they will tell you.
