Complete Professional Restoration

I used Complete Professional Restoration (John Petford) for my bathroom remodel - basically install everything but the tub (vanity, granite counter top, separate under mount sink, faucet, medicine cabinet, storage cabinet, mirror, lighting, exhaust fan, toilet). His was very professional and the quality of his work is outstanding. Don't bother looking anywhere else, he is the real deal. I highly recommend him.

Repair looks great

I highly recommend John and Complete Professional Restoration. I had a very difficult cleaning job--a sofa that nobody else was willing to even try to clean due to the bright colors on a white backgound. John was not only willing to try it, but got the sofa clean and looking beautiful again! He also did a superb job on all of my carpets and other upholstery for a very reasonable price. I will be calling on him again for sure!

Professional an amazing attention to detail!

John , owner, who did the job, carpet cleaning, himself. He was diligent, prompt in getting back to me and gave me a quote on the phone. Very easy to work with. He did the work on the same afternoon as my morning call, which I appreciated. He worked very hard and he knows carpet cleaning as he did a great job cleaning, removing spots and even did some minor repair for us. His price is very reasonable and charged me a little less than his quote at the end of the job. His job length estimate was right on. He was most pleasant and clean and made sure he didn't hurt any part of the house. Since the house was completely empty, with no furniture, he gave me a 20% discount for not needing to move furniture without me having to ask. He relied on my square footage measurement of the carpet without questioning and gave me the quote based on my number. John took all the stains out except the black spots where the carpet was burnt. Those aren't spots that anyone can remove. In summary, John at CPR is someone I would hire again to do another place we have that would need carpet cleaning next month. Thanks for the suggestion.

John was exactly on time and completed the job within the time frame given. The carpets look wonderful and he took extra effort to remove some stubborn stains. I woud have liked to remove some throw carpets and rug protector before he had started so the rug under these items could have been cleaned but this was not really his fault. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him.
