Fast service. Sent me pics of damaged area and included photos with electronic receipt. Very helpful and convenient!

Terry is very knowledgeable and what impressed me most is that he actual went on the roof to do the estimate. Took pictures to show me areas of concern. His quote was not the cheapest but IMHO was the best VALUE.

I have to agree with the reviews before me...a great job without pressure to sell additional services. However, I have to ding CPR on all three counts. Terry missed his first appointment which was over the 4th of July holiday. The crew had some problems with my gutters and guards, which required some additional cleanout and straightening. We also had some significant cost overruns. The overruns would have resulted regardless of the roofer. None of the 7 roofers who inspected the roof noted the issues and there was no doubt in my mind that the repairs were needed. I still give CPR 5 stars for the way Terry handled issues including helping with the overruns and the fact that I would absolutely use him again.

Did what they said they were going to do there was no hidden fees or extra charge on work that was quoted

Terry was very courteous, professional, and fair. He was honest about the work that needed to be done and did not try to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs. He completed the job on his first visit and the price was very fair. I would definitely hire again.

I contacted CPR, Inc. thou Home Advisor. They made for us a good roof while being affordable on time. The owner of the company is very professional. He got for our new roof the building permit and requested inspection from City after roof was completed. Thank you for good work.
