Shaun was very responsive and called me within 5 minutes of posting the job, which is not normally my experience with HomeAdvisor. Called before he came, as he promised, and pumped out our septic today. Would definitely use him again...customer service was above average!

Buyer beware. I have now had an inoperative system for 2 months. Was told I needed a motor but no testing was done. Electric feed was found to be bad. I do not know that I needed a new $1900 motor because I still have not had my old one returned. No paperwork or warranty paperwork supplied with the new one. Hooked up electric and the County Inspector let me know the motor was not hooked up correctly and is just running without doing anything. Calling Shaun just results in him talking over me with more excuses. I was up-sold baffles and a tank draining and still do not have an operational system after two months. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

i had been searching for somebody to empty septic tank. i called a number but he referred me to his son of Complete Sepic. i phoned him and he returned my ASAP. We set up an appointment on Friday. He was on time and very effeicent. He discovered a blockage also. He didn't have a eel with him. His worker had it and he was here in about an hour or so. He churned that eel and had it unplugged in no time! Would recommend Complete Septic to anyone. Reasonable prices also.
