Zero stars are too many for this company. We needed our septic tank pumped. They came right out and we're done start to finish in less than 15 minutes. After they left the smell was absolutely horrible. Not realizing this was not normal we let our dogs out only to find that sewerage had been spilled all over our yard. The dogs of course got in it and all three needed immediate baths. In less than a week our tank had water coming out by the clean out. When we called and dealt with Kelly the most unprofessional arrogant person I have ever spoke to in my 66 years she said we needed new leach lines and swore the truck was not full when they emptied our tank. When two guys came back one told me the truck was so full the first time that their hoses had leaked on our yard and he tried to cover it with dirt. Never told us of course so we could have properly cleaned it up. Which took my husband over an hour to do because they spilled sewage everywhere. After a heated argument

I had an unexpected septic system overflow problem and they were able to come out and pump my septic system the next day. Kelly in the office was very patient and helpful making room in their busy schedule to send a team out to my house. Mike and Travis did a great job, were very friendly and knowledgeable about the questions I asked. They made recommendations to help me problem solve the issue and suggestions to keep it from happening in the future. I will be calling them back to help diagnose and resolve the issues that may be causing the problem. I am so grateful they were able to come out so quickly to at least give me some temporary relief while we figure out what is wrong. Thank you!!!

Over the top service, ABOVE AND BEYOND AND THEN MORE. I had a heavy lid on an old septic tank. Marty, Kelley, and the entire team were the best of the best from start to finish. I cannot say enough about their exceptional service. They performed the task and then went 100% extra. This company is without a doubt the best team you could possibly hire.

Totally professional. From my first call to the moment they left my house they did everything they said they were going to do. They returned phone calls and showed up exactly when they said they would be there. I couldnâ t have been more impressed with their work. Watching Russell, his brother and the rest of the crew work with amazing. They even pulled down a small old tree and pulled up an old stump as a favor to me. These are just hard-working people that do a good job and you wonâ t be disappointed!!!

Unbelievable experience. Would never recommend hiring this company. My yard was not a mess prior to the work, but I was told to hire a landscaping company because we are not in the landscaping business. My feeling is if YOU made the mess, YOU clean it up. I was told they will not be back, they will not shovel any more dirt. Period. Quote was inaccurate. I paid much more than the quote. Wont get any money back either. At almost 90 years old, it is obvious that I have been taken advantage of. I fell into one of the holes. The lady was rude. Very sad.

I would recommend Complete Septic they were prompt, courteous, and inexpensive. It took all of 10-15 minutes to pump out my 1000 (completely full) tank that had never been pumped in 16 years. I will be using them from now on. Thanks

In May 2018, we hired Complete Septic to install a new septic pump. This spring the pump stopped working. Their technicians inspected it and we were told that we that the pump needed to be replaced. It was under warranty, but we were charged $785 for labor, a new pump was installed, and we were told that we would need to hire electricians to wire the new pump. We hired electricians and paid them $175, but they could not get the pump to work. They told us we needed plumbers to pay us a visit. Complete Septic technicians returned but they said that there was nothing wrong with the pump, and we needed the electricians to return and finish the job. My husband called their office and was told that there was nothing else they could do for us. We called DHEC to find out what we should do. A DHEC representative inspected our yard and told us that if the problem was not fixed, the health hazard was our responsibility. So we started over. We hired Meetze Plumbing to replace the pump that they installed. So that they could see into the hole in our backyard that was now filled with sewage, we had to hire Apple Services to pump it out. We paid $325. When the Meetze technician visited, he inspected the new pump and figured out that the floats had been installed backward. He changed them, and the pump now works. We paid him $50. We kept the hole covered with a tarp and rescheduled a second electrician to visit. When they came it was another $298 to finish the wiring. We have now spent $1633 on replacing a defective pump that was under warranty. We were not happy to be charged $785 in labor for a part that was under warranty, but we felt we had no choice. We have spent an additional $848, for something that was not our fault, and Complete Septic will not refund us these additional costs, for their mistake. We had a month of plumbers and electricians coming and going, no one being able to figure out the problem, while we had an open sewage hole in our backyard. We had to limit showers, laundry, washing dishes, and flushing toilets, in an attempt to keep the hole from refilling and costing us another pump fee. This was a horrible experience.
