Jason did a great job of listening to our needs and proposing solutions to meet those needs. The installation went smoothly and he spent time with us to learn how to run the system (very important to us since new technology can be very difficult to navigate). I hired CTI to wire up my back speakers thru ceiling and wire internet from my upstairs office to my first floor living room. Jason and Chris showed up on time and did excellent work. They actually were able to run the wires thru ceiling with less holes than I was expecting. They went with some outlet plates for behind the back speakers that look very good. I'm very happy with the quality of work. The cost came out to exactly what we had talked about too. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

What I needed done was programing a VCR with my new television-it could not be done, but the tech was able to view the videos, but could not record. I was please with the service and the tech was very helping in doing what could be done.

Jason was both responsive to my inquiries and patient while we worked out some glitches that took months to resolve before the job could begin. Once we took care of business on our end and everything was in place, he came to my house in very good time and did the job of rewiring our AV equipment quickly and cleanly. We love the new, wire-free look of our entertainment center and also love the new interface that Jason programmed. We also appreciated that when he was done, he left our home clean and tidy, with no debris leftover from the job of running wires through our walls. Everything looked and sounded great when the job was complete. Highly recommended!

CTI technicians hooked up my HD TV, DVD, VHS and speaker systems to the sat. system, then they programmed my remotes and checked that everything was working correctly. They worked quickly and efficiently and certainly knew what they were doing. Much easier than spending days on my own trying to figure how to do the hook-ups and operate the remotes!!
