Complete Tile

Reviews are sometimes hit or miss, and reading all of the 5-star reviews, everybody has a bad day in every world, right? Not these guys, I'll tell you that. I called them to get an estimate for a large kitchen backsplash. They came promptly at my convenience. Mike and, I believe, his father (sorry if I'm incorrect) took measurements, and I said my wife had already picked out the exact tile and trim. He told me exactly the amount of square footage of tile I'd need to purchase along with the best brand grout, whatever color the wife wanted. So here's the bottom line: my father-in-law is a retired contractor of the old school; craftsmanship was everything. Mike and Ted are craftsmen, gentlemen, and the only people we'll ever have over again. There aren't enough good things I could say. Thank you, Complete Tile, Mike, and Ted, elite in every way.

I cannot say enough great things about Mike and Ted. I have them on the schedule to tile 4 bathrooms in my new home, after they have tiled 2 bathrooms in my last, fireplace and kitchen backsplash. I am in a lot of homes and see a lot of "high end" bathrooms and kitchens. What I do not see, is the quality of installation Mike and Ted achieve.

In business they say you can have two of the following three: high quality, a low price, and fast work. You can't have it all. Well, Complete Tile gave us all three. They did an excellent job, removing the old tile and laying the new tile, roughly 400 square feet. Another company recommended by the tile store didn't want to attempt the job as the floor wasn't perfectly level. They did it quickly, in one week, whereas a competitor said it would take them two. Finally their price was roughly 70% of what a competitor bid - and we thought the competitor's price was good. If you need tiling done get a bid from these guys and I'd bet they're the company you'll go with. You can't do better.

Ted did excellent work tiling my walk in bathroom shower in the spring along with replacing broken tiles in entry way and back splash in kitchen. He is meticulous and extremely neat - a true professional. He and Mike promptly answer phone calls and emails. Theirs was my 5th estimate. Ten minutes with them and I knew I could trust them. The price was most reasonable. Ted and Mike have a strong work ethic. This fall I decided to update rest of bathroom and considered no one but Ted. He removed the 1980s jet tub and its tile deck, tiled the floor, installed back splash around stand alone tub, and removed vinyl floor from second bath and tiled. I recommend Complete tile without any hesitation. Ted and son Mike are are true professionals and very honest.

Mike and Ted were wonderful to work with. They came when they said they would and my tile looks Great!!! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and use them again.

Mike was quick to come over and give me an estimate and he helped me out the entire way. Project was reasonably priced and completed on time. Very pleasant experience., and I'd be happy to hire them again.

I shopped around for a while for quotes and stumbled upon these guys. They did the demo and tile work and could not be happier with the results. It looks absolutely amazing!
