Reviews
Write a ReviewCompletely Dry completed waterproofing of my basement and foundation repairs in September 2020. I also purchased a dehumidification system. This was a major expense and Iâ m glad I was able to get it done. My basement is finally a usable space. It looks and smells so much better. There is absolutely no sign of water inside. The sump is discharging into the yard perfectly. The unexpected outcome is a soggy yard. Who could imagine that so much water was coming in?! Completely Dry is now going to do a second job for me: install a dry well and run the sump discharge underground. Considering how satisfied I am with the first job, I have total confidence this work will be just as good.
The salesman, Bob took his time to thoroughly review the problems, offer solution options and respond to questions at the time of estimate and afterward, until I made my decision. He even pointed out foundation issues that I hadnâ t noticed and no other company that provided estimates picked up on. The crew came when scheduled and worked several long days to get the job done. They were always friendly, courteous and willing to answer my questions. They cleaned up constantly, to keep the area tidy. After completion, the dehumidifier needed adjustment and Brian came back immediately to address it. This was no small job. I had a long-standing major water problem in my basement, which can be expected when you live at the bottom of the hill. The basement looks better. The basement smells better. The foundation was repaired. The sump pumps and dehumidifier are doing their jobs. We havenâ t had any rain yet, so I cannot comment on how things will be with an onslaught of water, but I feel confident that the new system will far exceed the old one. Iâ m also confident that if there are any problems, Completely Dry will respond quickly.
