Job was done as planned. Bob our consultant explained every detail to us. Crew also did a terrific job and we now have a dry basement.

I’d give 3 stars for this company but six for Bob who works there. Last year we had major basement flooding and decided we had to invest in an updated French drain and sump pump. We got assessments/quotes from several companies but loved Completely Drys guarantee and Bob who did our assessment was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Work was completely quickly though there were some minor issues with the repair team. A few months after work was complete we had minor flooding again so I called per the guarantee for additional service. Long story short it took MULTIPLE calls, a long wait, a clearly incorrect diagnosis/brush off, and then ultimately Bob- who finally got things corrected. Despite the poor experience with everyone but Bob, we’re really happy with the final results.

I hadn't been paying attention to the age of my primary sump pump and battery backup pump, until the primary pump failed. Completely Dry worked quickly to get my replacements ordered and installed. I really appreciate their diligence.

Completely Dry fixed leaking issue with window well. Installed drain in window well, French drain in wet area of basement and new sump pump at a reasonable price. Also fixed a back gutter that pulled away in the middle of it all at no charge. We did have an issue after 1st major storm. They figured out what problem was and fixed it. So it's been dry after 2 major stormy days, I think we're ready to move on with rebuild. They've been responsive and good to work with. I recommend them if you have water issues in the basement.

Completely Dry completed waterproofing of my basement and foundation repairs in September 2020. I also purchased a dehumidification system. This was a major expense and Iâ m glad I was able to get it done. My basement is finally a usable space. It looks and smells so much better. There is absolutely no sign of water inside. The sump is discharging into the yard perfectly. The unexpected outcome is a soggy yard. Who could imagine that so much water was coming in?! Completely Dry is now going to do a second job for me: install a dry well and run the sump discharge underground. Considering how satisfied I am with the first job, I have total confidence this work will be just as good.

The salesman, Bob took his time to thoroughly review the problems, offer solution options and respond to questions at the time of estimate and afterward, until I made my decision. He even pointed out foundation issues that I hadnâ t noticed and no other company that provided estimates picked up on. The crew came when scheduled and worked several long days to get the job done. They were always friendly, courteous and willing to answer my questions. They cleaned up constantly, to keep the area tidy. After completion, the dehumidifier needed adjustment and Brian came back immediately to address it. This was no small job. I had a long-standing major water problem in my basement, which can be expected when you live at the bottom of the hill. The basement looks better. The basement smells better. The foundation was repaired. The sump pumps and dehumidifier are doing their jobs. We havenâ t had any rain yet, so I cannot comment on how things will be with an onslaught of water, but I feel confident that the new system will far exceed the old one. Iâ m also confident that if there are any problems, Completely Dry will respond quickly.
