I own a business in Seattle's Chinatown neighborhood, and Quincy came recommended by one of my students. The work was completed the second week of July 2024. The only reason Quincy has earned a second star is because he completed the task as discussed. Other than that, I highly recommend that you find another electrician. The only reason I went with him was because I was in a rush to get a project done and didn't have time to find another one. Had I the time, I would've absolutely went with another more professional electrician. Quincy is one of the most ill-tempered, standoffish, impatient, cantankerous contractors I have ever worked with. Not only was he in a constant state of annoyance when he communicated with me as if I was wasting his time, but I was also in earshot of him when he completely dressed down and scolded his assistant, which is something you just don't do while on the job. There was no going above and beyond with this contractor. Based on his demeanor, I barely trusted him to complete the work. That's why I waited to pay the second half of the invoice until another vendor came in to confirm that electricity was indeed working as intended. Please do yourself a favor and find another electrician to work with, someone who knows how to interact and communicate professionally with their customers, and who treats their employees with respect.

Responded within 1/2 hour on a Saturday. Knew the issue and went to work right away, finished in an hour.

They came on time (After I found out, I made the appointment with other company, this one cut in line), they did make my hot tub heater back to work the night. But next day, the heater burned . I called them, the owner is very brutal to me, said they are not care about that.

They came out within a couple hours and took measurements. They told me They would write up a quote and get it to me within 3 hours which they did in writing. Very reasonable price. Straight shooters. Definitely not the experience that got from the other companies recommended. One of the companies charges $69 just to come out and quote you and takes weeks to get that appointment. The other one was way out of the price range.

I had an electrical emergency and my electrician was out of town. I found Compliance Electric on the Angie App and they contacted me within 5 mins of my search. He was just finishing up a job and said he could make to my place in about 2 hours. That was Fantastic news!! He arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within a hour. My bill for this emergency fix was $429. I thought it would be over $1000 for coming on such short notice. What a great company!! I highly recommend for any electrical fixes.

They were $25 less than other bids on time responded well to my little dogs personable Rated value for the money only because electrical work cost an awful lot for maybe 20 minutes They did give me a better value at that price than I was able to find elsewhere

This was a wired security system repair. Most security system installers or repair people are focused on getting your monthly monitoring contract and dismiss you if youâ re not looking for that. Quincy did my repair, including the initial problem investigation, without pushing for a monitoring contract. All reasonably priced. I am now able to say goodbye and good riddance to Comcast wireless security, which is predatory. Go Quincy!

Quincy was awesome! Very responsive and was 1/3rd (yes, really) the cost of another estimates. His work was top notch. Highly recommend and will use him in the future.

Quincy was amazing and I’ll plan to use him for future jobs. He replaced three ceiling fixtures and added some dimmers. He was friendly, efficient, and competitively priced. I enjoy supporting local independent business owners who do great work and are trying to expand their business and would not hesitate recommending Compliance to friends and neighbors.

I talked to 5 other companies before hiring Quincy. He gave me a good explanation of what work needs to be done, and what to expect. He was very patient with all of my questions and also gave me a fair price. I am very happy with the work that he did and will definitely hire him again for future projects

Very professional and efficient

Quincy was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and he did not try to upsell new heaters. He cleaned them and advised us on how to do that in the future. He didn't rush to the next job, but made sure we were satisfied and felt sure our heaters worked. I highly recommend him.
