Very professional and quick!

Don was very prompt. Delivered a printed report right on the spot. He was very flexible as we needed next day service and he delivered.

Very capable. Willing to go the extra mile in order to assure satisfaction. Don asked me if I would need pictures. I said I did not know. When Don had completed the inspection and had left the premises, I called my insurance agent. Sure enough, I needed pictures. I called Don and he turned around, came back and took the pictures I needed. And he emailed them to me.

Don was professional, yet easy to talk to. He seemed to understand my sense of urgency as I needed my home inspected the very same day he called me. He also shared some of his expertise without sounding self glorifying, as so many people do these days. Other inspectors had called me later that day to offer their services, but after speaking to Don, my asnwer was simply, 'thanks, but no thanks'.
