Don did his due diligence before we even met and was able to converse about the property in a knowledgable manner which helped me to ask the right questions and answer his in a knowledgable manner. I appreciated his attentiveness and candor .... I recommend him highly!

There were some issues at first but those resolved so Don Robson and Comprehensive Appraisals did a great job

Don did not show up for our original appointment. he adamently said we didn't have one. he did show up for our next appointment. he was professional. and on time. i was not happy at all with the appraisal i got from him. he missed several key features in my property that could have made my appraisal better.

This appraiser was very rude when he walked in I started talking to him he said we will talk later can only concentrate on one thing at a time. he was there a total of 15 minutes. he showed me MLS listings that he didn't use for the evaluation did not write down the upgrades and asked me to provide via e-mail. H left his business card and later that night I wrote a full list of upgrades and sent to e-mail on his card and received back as unknown. Called the first phone number and it was disconnected. I called bank stopped payment on check. I left message on second number on card of what I did. He called me very unprofessional and said why would you do that. I told him he left a bogus card and I didn't know him from adam. He gave me a different address and told me that I dialed the wrong number. I checked my cell phone and it was the number on his card. I told him It might of been a quirk and released the check. However, he said he would have my appraisal done by Tuesday never heard from him. Wrote him Wed he said who are you and did I do an appraisal? your kidding right then he said he would have it done in 24 hours wasn't done he called Friday said he would mail Saturday again didn't receive it. Waited till wed to contact him and he sent an e-mail Friday with it attached (keep in mind it has been two weeks now) He then told me my phone number was bogus and he had tried several times to e-mail it but it wasn't a good e-mail address however, that is the same one he sent me the appraisal. He just tried turning the table because I had stopped payment which cost me not him and it cleared my bank without charge to him. Seriously this is how a professional should act. I would not recommend him to anyone. He can't keep his story straight and with my appraisal he left me a big long e-mail regarding that he tried to contact me. He was calling my work number and he had been calling me on my cell all along or e-mailing me on the same e-mail the whole time. Wish he had never came and I definitely will not recommend him. Sad....

Don arrived on time, performed the appraisal inspection courteously and efficient, and provided a detailed, quality report. Job well done.

Did not show for first appointment and did not call. Rescheduled and was 45 minutes late. I did not receive the report when promised - 2 days late. Will say the report was good quality

Appraiser showed up as scheduled and was very polite and efficient. The report was good quality and sent when promised.

In one word, "professional"

He set an appointment that was convenient to us. But forgot appointment. Did not answer phone. But did get back to us 1-1/2 hrs later. Came soon after. Seemed to know what he was doing in the walk around. Was told we needed info ASAP, because closing was in 5 days. Said he needed 3-4 days. We called him just before closing, only to be told he was having difficulty getting info. Got VERY I COMPLETED info the next day, with a voice mail to call him. Note: this condo was built in 2006 and had one owner. Appraisal had no value history and may have been valued as a much smaller unit.
