I can’t say enough good things about both Ivan and Jesse. Computer Center Santa Cruz was recommended to me by another vendor to assist with multiple network issues stemming from a recent Comcast Business modem change. From the start, they were impressive. They quickly recognized the issues and clearly explained the process required to rectify them, including a necessary site visit to confirm my hardware and current setup. Once that was complete, they collaborated with me to develop a solid game plan. When the day arrived for the network exchange, they went above and beyond all expectations.
