I was contacted by Joseph immediately (within seconds) upon entering my information requesting a quote. He spent time on the phone with me to determine what the problem was and gave me a price quote. I decided to hire him, and he arrived the promptly the next day when he said he would. It took him longer than he thought it would to fix my problems, but that was not his fault - my computer was extremely slow processing his commands. But once he was finished, my computer was back to running just like it should - much improved! And he even cut me a break on the price, since it took longer than he had anticipated. He also gave me tips on backing up and what brand of external hard drive he recommended. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

He responded quickly and came out to our church. He does charge a premium, but his work was good quality and since it was computer work he offered to work on any computers we had while the other computer was loading software and doing scans. He actually worked on 5 computers at once. We were very please with his work.
