As odd as it may sound, I m giving Jeff an excellent rating even though he was unable to solve the problem I hired him for after working it for two hours. He was knowledgeable and made a diligent effort to work the issue from a variety of angles. I thought he did everything he reasonably could under the circumstances and I plan to use him again.

This person knows ahead of time that he will make a lot of money on waiting for your computer to update, also, most other I.T. people I have hired know a lot more about what they do than he does.

I took my computer in for overheating issues, and while it doesn t overheat anymore the computer still runs hotter than I d wish (although I think this is due to my case being small, not that the work done wasn t sufficient). It did take 8 days to do the check up and apply thermal paste which is longer than I d expect, but the communication was great and the job was done well.

4.25.19 CMS owner Jeff is an exceptional computer mavon, he exhausted every skill in his toolbox to diagnose, identify and resolve the complex problem plaguing my (mature) computer. His response time was quick - same day; clearly explained every step of his work at my level of understanding and freely offered multiple suggestions to improve my system. Did nothing I had not already tried myself. Not what I was looking for / had asked for. Sat here and charged for the time while an antivirus ran. Did not fix the problem. Tried to blame something non-related.

Arrived before appointment time and was Verizon friendly and knowledgeable. Did not pressure to buy additional services or programs. Gave good practical advice and instructions which were easy to understand and execute.
