Jamie called almost immediately after I contacted Home Advisor. I explained our problem and he responded with possible solutions. He offered to pick up our laptop, but we decided to visit the store. He greeted us immediately, started a diagnostic test and sat to discuss various options depending on the test s outcome. Long story short, within 6 hours Jamie delivered a new to us refurbished laptop, that was a major upgrade in hardware, with all our recovered data already on it. He made sure everything was up and running and that we were completely comfortable with our new laptop before he left close to 8 PM on a Friday evening. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and the total cost was fair and reasonable. It s nice to know that the shop also is certified for Mac products in addition to PC. Thanks Jamie.
