Mr DeLeo was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding my computer issues. Although he could not achieve the ultimate goals for my laptop upgrade due to MS hardware/software constraints, he did his best to advise me and not oversell the project. For this reason, I am sure to do some future business with Mr DeLeo.

High quality customer service from a knowledgeable professional. Glen was quick to diagnose and fix a network connectivity issue. He was willing/able to come out on a weekend during off hours to accommodate my schedule. He was systematic in his approach and ruled out the quick issues first. Based on our first interaction and discussions we had as he was diagnosing the issue, I will be bringing him back for a more extensive system upgrade. I had been reluctant to do the upgrade until I found a trustworthy, professional to do the system work
