Good experience working with Thomas

My printer stopped working with the computer. Thomas was able to identify the issue and resolve the problem. It took some time to repair the complicated problem, but Thomas was very quick and knowledgeable. He also set up the computer so that it would work more efficiently with the printer which was very much appreciated.

Thomas did a great job of identifying the problem that I had. My computer and printer were not seeing each other. And he was able to solve what was a somewhat complicated problem. He was prompt and efficient!

Thomas is by far the best IT professional I have ever worked with and there have been many. He responded immediately to my posting on Angie s list and came to my home the next day. He was able to fix one of my problems in an hour. At the same time he ran diagnostic tests on my 3 yr old laptop, discovered there was an infection within Windows and that I needed to reinstall a new version and to upgrade my hard drive. It took about 90 more minutes to do all of this, but Thomas only charged me for 1 hour. He also said he could totally repair my problems for about 25% of what a new laptop would cost. I delivered the laptop to his shop the next morning and he completed the repairs within 24 hours only charging me the cost of the parts. Thomas of Comset Computers is highly knowledgeable, wise, reluctant to execute consumers' requests to do certain repairs/changes when he deems them unnecessary. That can be to his credit, as other repair people might be tempted to do those functions just for the profit, but you may need to insist on particular modifications being done by him. I was definitely pleased with his willingness to conveniently come to my home to troubleshoot or impose repairs/replacements on my pc. Ultimately, it was determined that the extent of the work needed made it more strategic for him to bring my pc to the shop and Thomas effectively laid a fresh Windows 10 on a new drive for me. Thomas carefully and skillfully combed through my computer's crevices, cleaning it and discovering even a fan which was installed by another, upside down! His corrections, upgrades, and fine-tuning ultimately generated a computer which is now fast, smooth, no longer beset with blue screens and restarts, and he risked back strain with my machine delivering it back to my home. Thomas is responsive to phone calls and inquiries and handily dealt with my weekend emergency. His decades of experience with data processing are showing for sure. Larry

They came out to add a second cable jack downstairs so I could move my modem and router to a more centralized location for better coverage throughout the house. they tested everything once it was done and everything works great!

Thomas was great. Fixed my PC which was mess before bringing it in. He made it look better than when I bought it brand new and fixed it!
