I've had trouble with the wiring in the office that was mis-diagnosed on several occasions by other parties . Gagik ,first of all ,he listened to my problem , then trouble shot the situation and it was as simple as a faulty cord to the printer. He even went above and made sure we had a scanner running and programed.
