He was extremely polite and efficient, job was completed on time and professional quality. Also did a great job pressure washing my driveway as well and all at a very fair price.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
$2,000
Did not complete the job, was poor quality, big talker, he was quick to tell me twice within the first conversation we had regarding a general conversation he **had rights**. Later, in another conversation, he told one of his helpers **he knew his rights** which was unrelated to the job. Brought a different help each day. Found out later he did not pay his helpers what he told them he would pay them. I have hired one of the helpers to re-do the job because of the mess. No, I would not hire nor recommend Peter Vallifana.
Response from Community Made Tiny Homes
"Notice the task was to hire a handyman, why? bc customer did not want to pay market of $2-$4 sq/ft for a vinyl laminate installation, instead offering just $1.25 per sq/ft, the customer then makes side deals with helpers. No lights, no toilet, no a/c. The walls were off by 2' end to end, and she insisted on a double foaming floor, which will ALWAYS lead to cracking and shifting underfoot."
