Jason and his came and fixed a driveway that another contractor ruined. Job was done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this concrete contractor.

This is Cons South 1st time doing work in East Point, so he had to deal with some challenges in getting the permits, once these were handled, he was able to complete the job. My new "Son" and his crew were always very professional.

I was extremely pleased to see Jason show up with the threat of rain looming in the forecast and even more please to meet this youngman. His mannerisms were on point, polite, humble and very knowledgeable about the task at hand. I had another Bobcat company come before hiring Con South, who I had to fire because they were afraid of the slopes of the land and moved entirely to slow. Jason on the other hand seems to be one with his machine. I stood in awe of his skill and maneuverability. It seemed as if that bobcat was under a spell. I don't do many reviews, however, after this complete blessing I had to give credit where it is earned and favor is a blessing , this youngman wouldn't even accept a tip.

Jason installed a 12' & 30' patio in the back yard. The Patio now is cracking in the center of the patio and in all expansion joints. I do not recommend this company. After Contacting Jason I was email an AngiesList article about freshly poured concert cracks.

Jason was very customer focused and adapted well to my requests. He arranged for the top soil to be delivered and then graded the backyard after pushing out ivy and old fallen wood. After dumping the top soil and grading the backyard, I can visualize how I want to add the privacy fence and landscaping elements. I recommend Con South for lot grading. Jason is an excellent tractor operator.

Jason is a very respectable person with much integrity. He came out and provided me an estimate in a very timely manner and began work the next business day. He and his team did more than I expected without extra labor charge due to the previous poor job performed by a different concrete finisher. I called ConSouth Thursday to inquire about extending my back patio and he came out the same day at the exact time he said he was going to show up to give me an estimate. After agreeing to the estimate he told me the exact time he was going to show up, how long the job would take and even gave me tips on how to maintain the concrete. Overall, I'm happy with the service ConSouth provided. They did such a great job neighbors inquired about their service and I'm also going to refer them to family members.

Mr. Baker was very professional and came by to inspect the work his employees did. He was easy to contact and we had no problem with the service. Would hire again.

Jason and crew were great. The concrete supplier delivered late on a Friday afternoon. So, they had to broom-finish a little too soon. NOT their fault!! The work was done at our church and everyone is pleased.

Jason Baker & his team were professional & courteous. They tried to rectify a situation in which someone drove on the still wet concrete to smooth out the damage. They placed straw to protect the vulnerable side. He even came back the same of assessing the damage & worked with me to get the damage corrected.

Jason Baker of Con South not only managed but exceeded our expectations. After walking our back yard he suggested that drainage and a slight re-sloping should manage the problem of excess runoff and that the job could be completed in 1 1/2 days. As promised, the job was done right and completed on time. His team was professional and courteous. The follow-thru was to be commended. If 6 stars could be given we would. We would highly recommend this company to all family and friends in need of this type of service. Update - Jason and his crew did successfully resolve the drainage issues in my yard, but after walking my entire back yard to inspect the final job I was very disappointed on its condition. Dirt excavated from the areas where drainage pipes were installed was thrown on to other areas of the yard. These areas were left uneven and covered with straw. My husband and I spent 2 days on the side garden moving dirt from one area to another. We are still filling in the holes and evening out the backyard. Jason was also given additional money for repairs done on the sprinkler system. An additional visit was promised to check out the system. This never happened. I eventually had to hire another contractor to do repairs and get it in working order. He said he would provide more stones for the drainage system and as of today this has not happened. All-in-all the drainage problem was taken care of but a follow-up, on-site visit by Jason and him taking care of some of the post project promises would have truly made this a 5 star project.
