Conrad was very professional. He arrived when he said he would to give me an estimate and then again when he came to do the work. Before starting the job he went over all the details of what he was going to do before hand and presented me with a written contract. The work was done neatly and within the planned time frame. Conrad's pricing was reasonable for the work performed.

I trust this contract because he looked at what I needed. Listen to what I requested and responded in a rational and reasonable way. Most of all he was on time was where he said he would be when he said he would be there. He performed excellent work in the repairing and replacement of drywall and the repair is outstanding
