Prompt, knowledgeable of all varieties of appliance-subzero to unknown brand of bar icemaker, thermador ovens, etc. Clean, neat and reasonably priced. he will have to come back to check on some other appliances that we may need servicing.

I was very please with my experience with Keith. He promptly called me, gave me approximately appointment time and arrived about when he said he would. He was polite, well mannered and looked at my problem. It turned out that I needed an electrician, not an appliance repairman, but I would certainly use him again.

The man helping us, Keith, was very friendly and efficient. He gave a very fair price and I would definitely recommend him to a friend. In fact, he organized the plumbing under my sink in such a way to give more room underneath... even AFTER he had installed a fairly large garbage disposal unit. I was impressed. Well done.

He was 30 minutes late arrving for appointment (he did not call to say he would be late, I called him 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Took him quite some time to diagnose the problem, so I was glad the service fee was a flat rate and not by the hour. I also found his attitude to be a bit condescending. I have since had a GE repaiman in to fix the problem and he diagnosed it in about 3 minutes.

Nothing really wrong with my refrigerator except the compressor for the air intake needed to be vacuumed. This caused the compressor to turn on much longer than usual. Will know to do to check that myself next time. Total charge was under $100 as no parts were needed.

The repairman was late for the original appointment because of weather and when he came, he did not bring the part needed. But he did come the next night, on time and with the correct part and did the repair well at that time.

I appreciated his honesty when he told me the invoice would be less because he only installed one spring when he could have easily charged me for the two springs which was the original quote. I never would have known.
