You said you had a 1 bedroom and 1 bath which is what it was but certainly not the size of a regular 1x1. I quoted you a price for a site unseen job ad you requested. Your place was large and much work needed to be done to try and get your place up to par not to mention the fact you never bothered to mention your place was furnished.
