Concept design group has designed and constructed a three bedroom two bath custom-made duplex in Fresno California. It turned out really nice and unique. Despite being a relatively young company, the expectation has been met and exceeded. I will definitely consider doing business with this company again. Some of the shortcom of the project were related to the City of Fresno extreme red tapes and requirements which caused a few months delays with unnecessary extra costs. I am sure if we were to do this again, we would approach it a bit differently and give it a much earlier start to finish time on certain items such as sewer system. This was my first project with concept design group that not only it was elegantly designed, they also managed the construction of this magnificently built duplex. Well done!!

Concept Design Group is awesome to work with! We needed an architect for a carport/garage design that needed to be permitted. They completed site plans and design and structural calcs for the job. They are professional, flexible, patient and really listen to the customer. They are very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again in the future.
