Quick contact and scheduling of first visit. Competitive quote and the work was done professionally. Follow-up visit to address a minor annoyance was also very prompt. Well prepared to work with different circumstances and contingencies on a roof-top heat pump replacement which required crane to access. I would strongly recommend.

They were able to schedule my job (inspecting/cleaning dryer vents) for the next morning, and they arrived on time. While there, they asked whether I also needed my heating system inspected and cleaned. As it had not been done in many years, I agreed. Therefore the price was higher than quoted, but not unreasonable for systems that had not been maintained. They also found and corrected a defect in how the heating ducts had been connected during construction. Professional, pleasant, thorough throughout the job, which took about 2 hours. I called Concept Energy for an estimate on replacing my not-that-old oil furnace, which people from three different companies had told me they could not fix. Joe Savino came, said it was un unusual furnace that some people did not know how to fix, but that he could, and the next day he and his assistant came and got it running perfectly. And for lost less than the cost of replacement. THey were prompt, knowledgeable, polite eager to explan what they were doing and why, tidy and most of all successful!! Joe Savino is my image of the ultimate in customer service. I would recommend him to anyone!

They were quick and inexpensive

We purchased the home 8/31/09 and had a new heating/ac put in and an original 1941 system removed. This included removing/replacingg duct work, raditators that we recessed, re-wiring the home, new kitchen which include replacing cabinets, tile floors, light fixtures, sink, and all appliacnes. I can tell you that Concept Energy Management was instrumental in keeping us on target for a late Sept move date. Not only did he replace the entire HVAC system but helped in so many other areas that saved me much time and energy. Example, he installed the overhead microwave and vented it outdoors.Many thanks for helping my son and I obtain our move date

Every step of the way I felt like Mr. Savino was working with me to provide: Information, patience or understanding when needed. The paperwork looked a bit rough but the install came out in a PROFESSIONAL and timely manner. We were saving money with new system before my check even cleared.

They were extremly polite and personable to talk to. They were knowledgable to the refridgerator and to how to troubleshoot for repair. They weren't able to repair due to a completely compressor, but that wasn't due to there effort. I was extremely happy with the service rendered.

I was very pleased with all aspects of my boiler installation. Joe explained the options thoroughly, clearly answered all my questions, and wrote a detailed quote for the work. The quote was the best I received. Within 2 days, my old boiler was removed, and the following day the new one was installed. The work was done efficiently and carefully. They left my cellar clearer than it was when they started. I am glad that I chose Concept Energy Management. They did a great job.

They called right away, showed up in the exact specified time frame and preformed a quick fix for minimual money. They will be providing a quote to replace the existing air handler, add a new air filtration system to the unit and also make a minor repair to our heater/fan unit in our bathroom.
