Work was done just as they said it would be done. The estimate was exactly as they had stated. Everything was completed on time and within budget.

Hired to install hardwood floors. Scheduled time at my convenience and they called the day off canceling. Rescheduled and arrived 41 minutes late and an over an hour late next day. Pro cussed at his co-workers. He did a terrible job on the floor, creating cracks in the hardwood, there were gaps, arrived late every day, left on day 1 to get supplies and asked for money to get them, and was gone for 2.5 hours. I asked them to finish one floor but not do the other Pro walked out and did not finish job and left a mess. Used hammer covered with carpet piece instead of a rubber mallet. Installed the floor backwards. Did not take staple out/hammered flat before installing floor. Floor has been looked at by 2 professionals who agreed it needs to be taken out and start over. Definitely rude. Not a professional. I would not recommend and would suggest you not even contact them, as you will be sorry... as I was.

The pro was rude to customer and ended up swearing at her when she asked questions about the price of the door. She was overcharged for the work and was told different prices than what she was originally told she would be charged.

This company was excellent, prompt , professional, and personable. I called on a Monday for our 60 ft wooden fence year down and replacement, and was enjoying our new fence by Friday. The family team was a joy to work with, and went the extra mile for us.

Edited below...They recently replaced a vinyl fence for me. I highly recommend them! They responded promptly (always!), left a clean jobsite (always!) and completed the job even though it meant working a full Saturday. Our problem was our dogs could get out of our pickets on the previous fence so they installed several panels and then had us test with the dogs to make sure it would work. It needed some modification which they cheerfully added. Definitely will be using them for future projects! Requested their help on a smaller project, they came out and looked and then I never heard back from them. A courtesy call to say they weren't interested would have been nice. I was waiting on their slow time to do yet more work, back to the drawing board!!

Called and scheduled quickly. Came when promised. Completed work, cleaned up. Courteous, great work. Great price.

Concept Til' Creation did a good job on our deck and deck wall. The end result looks great. They did a good job of clean-up afterwards and kept us advised of scheduling changes. When a local company found out that the decking materials were defective, CTC drove to Mattoon to pick up the needed decking instead of putting off the work. They explained the process carefully and handled the refund of unused material. No complaints about their service or work. As for value for money, can't say because we needed to get the work done and didn't really shop around, but we are happy with the end result at a reasonable price.

Project was to build a fence. These people are exceptional in their work. They worked very hard to build our fence in cold and windy weather. They built a great fence it looks and is very professional looking. Would recommend them to anyone anytime. Duke is a very good carpenter and it shows in the work him and Kelese did. There was a squeak in one of the gates they made and I said I didn't mind but they cared and fixed it so it now longer squeaked.

Concept Til Creation removed an existing fence and installed a new fence our entire backyard in September 2020. When they came to quote job, they were very thorough in explaining the process of the work and how the new fence would be constructed. They were very timely in getting the estimate back to us, as well as scheduling the job once we gave them the go ahead. During the teardown and installation, they would check in daily to update us on the progress of the project. The actual project timeline followed what was quoted and the new fence looks great!! We will be hiring them again for other projects. We highly recommend Concept Til Creation!!

They listened to all of our ideas and tried various configurations for the ramp. Very congenial!

They finished the two jobs I hired them for in 2 days. One was attaching my weather head to my wall, it had pulled away over time. They repaired the roof and replaced the boot where the weather head had done damage. Second job was to replace the front pillars under my sidewalk overhang at front of house. Upon their suggestion they added a 4th pillar to support the overhang better. That was a great idea! They used 6x6 cedar which looks really pretty and will last many years. They provided the Certificate of Insurance on a timely basis. I was happy with their work and Kelise (Kelsie) was very easy to work with.
