Yes, the whole process was very professional. Spent time with me discussing a plan to suit my needs, style preferences, safety considerations (as I am a senior) & budget available. A pleasant experience & I am very happy with the results! Pics of custom bedroom closet?just my style! Also had cabinetry added under the front of my kitchen island, LVP flooring in master bedroom. Added pull out, soft -close shelving in my lower kitchen cabinetry. Grab bars in bathrooms. Excellent job!

Paul and his team did an absolutely incredible job remodeling our master bath. It’s all done in floor to ceiling Italian marble. He did custom patterns on our floor to look like area rugs. The work is beautiful. Additionally other work completed in our home… replaced all of our hardwood floors with beautiful 5” Brazilian cherry floors. They are stunning! He built custom shelving unit in our basement for storage with a workshop also in our garage. We were so happy with all the work performed we hired them to custom build our commercial building in Haymarket VA. One of the best building experiences we have ever had. You can’t go wrong. Honest, dependable and great quality!

Concepts was referred to us as a trustworthy and fair company. We called the owner, Paul, for an estimate to complete an existing roughed in full bathroom. He came to review the work and we received a proposal quickly. We felt the job was well priced and proceeded with the work. The two workers, Brian and Ernesto, were very friendly and did great work. They also were respectful of my house to try to contain the mess and kindly followed my request to wear a mask while working during this time of COVID which was much appreciated. The subcontractors they hired for the other trades were great to work with too. Paul and his wife, Jessica, were easy to communicate with and kindly discussed all concerns that arose as the job progressed. Weâ re very happy with how the bathroom turned out and the quick turnaround. Thank you for the good work.

Jessica, Paul and team were absolutely incredible. The previous owners of my house closed in the garage to make a room and I needed to turn it back into a garage. I shopped around and decided to go with concepts because Jessica was so prompt and professional. I'm so glad I did! They worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted at my price point. They were able to start within a week once i signed the contract and worked with my schedule to get the work done. The garage is beautiful and was done quickly and professionally. I never had even a moment of concern during the bidding or construction phases. Jessica always answered my emails and texts very quickly and Paul made sure the team was all set up without me being involved as I was really sick while they were working. I literally slept while they worked and in 2 days I had a garage! The guys who did the door were very professional, quiet and trustworthy. Again, I can't say enough about this company and how great they handled my project.

I found this company to be highly professional and prompt when answering my questions. Any issues I had were resolved in a timely manner. Paul is great to work with and understands what your needs are. Great service and honest. I have used them for other projects before, kitchen and bathroom tiling and very happy with everything. I will most definitely will be using them in the future.

Great attention to detail from the beginning. Jessicas attention to detail ensured an accurate proposal with no surprise expenses. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. We were kept apprised of each step so we knew exactly what/when each step was done. Concepts ensured as little disruption to the household was made as possible. Everything was cleaned up each day and everyone was great with my mom who is home each day. They were even great with our fussy hound!

Paul was extremely detailed and was open to design changes as the project progressed. We are still thrilled with our porch and he has even checked in with us to be sure we are happy.

We really enjoyed working with the Concepts team. Our porch turned out amazing... even better than the design we originally envisioned. Everyone who sees our porch is so impressed and say they want one just like it. I have to admit it is stunning!

Overall, the work looks good but you have to be watching because sometimes the workers are not exactly following the plans. Some of the work was sloppy but they corrected when we mentioned to them. There has been some delays but to their credit we have had a lot of rain.

After contacting numerous companies to repair our patio, Concepts was one of the few that called back, they were prompt with coming out to look at the scope of the work and had a reasonable estimate. Madison was very professional, always keeping me abreast of the timeline of the project and coming out herself to inspect the work. I was very pleased with the work that was done and I would definitely use them in the future.

Very efficient. Responded promptly to all of my questions. Family owned business that supports military and honors discount. I received the quote on Saturday. Paul followed up on Monday to see if I had questions. They had an opening on Wednesday to complete the job. The new composite deck boards look great. So happy this was completed before Christmas and one thing less on my to do list. Thanks.

Concepts LLC remodeled and reallocated space for two adjacent bathrooms. The end results look good if you don't look at the details. They came in and demo'd both bathrooms and didn't come back for six days (3 business, 3 weekend/holiday). Later, on two additional scheduled work days no one showed up or called. Several of the days were five-hour work days or less. From the time they came to demo the bathroom until they said they were done was ten weeks. I had to intervene to get the placement of the Jacuzzi tub so that one edge wasn't under the wall, to get the shower extended, and to install an access panel placed for the motor on the tub among other things. Some of the tile work and drywall work were performed by someone who wasn't qualified in those tasks. I feel that grout and caulk were used to cover up the variances in the tile work and some drywall work. I felt that there was excessive patching of the drywall/use of caulk rather than replacing pieces. Also, both vanities have spacers under them to make them level which makes me think that the floors weren't level when tiled. I had to purchase two switches and three outlets to replace some of the installed switches/outlets which were two different colors and in one case, were side by side. His electrician replaced two of the switches and I had to replace the outlets. Two walls (one we didn't find out about until after the job was done) and a door were damaged during the demo/installation. Paul did make this right by fixing the wall he knew about and not charging us to install two new doors and trim which we purchased. We had to use our own sheets to protect the hardwood floor in the bedroom from the foot traffic in and out of one of the demo'd bathrooms while Paul did provide a cover from the front door to the hallway. The workers used both new tubs as trash/tool/parts repositories until I put signs up to stop using them for that purpose. Paul and everyone he hired to work on my bathrooms were polite. I liked the end result design and think it looks good although if I hadn't intervened, I would not have been as satisfied with the end result. I feel that the job should have taken a much shorter amount of time to complete, and the people Paul has working on the projects should be qualified in their tasks. Concepts LLC was supposed to refinish two rooms in my basement but after the way the bathroom remodel went, I have decided to look elsewhere.

Our bathroom remodel is a total rebuild. They began last Wednesday, so we are only in the first week. So far, I have been quite pleased with the owners Jessica and Paul. I have also been pleased with their employee, Clint, who is here daily. The 3 companies initially recommended by Home Advisor were Bedrock Construction, Concepts and Sears. Bedrock Construction would not even return my calls. After speaking with Sears and Concepts, we decided the best fit was Concepts. Please contact me in another couple weeks for a review. Paul was timely, considerate to the point of even removing his shoes due to the inclement weather outside. His work was flawless. He even offered to take care of another area free of charge while he was here and had the tools. I would highly recommend this company.
