Bathroom - Remodel
I hired these guys to remodel my bathroom plus add an addition to the side of my house, move the water heater, move the toilet and they also did the kitchen flooring. From day one, the work was professional. The guys that showed up to work were professional and the quality of work is superb. As with any project we came across problems but the communication was very open and we were able to come up with a decision that both of us agreed on and they went out of their way several times to make sure that the job was done right even though we hadn't seen that in the original scope of work. All goals were met and surpassed and the quality of work is seriously top notch. I generated an AI rendition of what I wanted my bathroom to look like and they nailed it spot on with what I wanted and even gave me ideas to make it look even better as you can see in the pictures below. A huge plus with these guys is you can finance!!! Top tier quality work on an affordable budget. Ill refer to everyone

Exterior Home or Structure - Paint or Stain: Large
We hired the provider through Angi to paint the exterior of our home and complete several minor repairs before painting. Work began on May 4, 2026. Initially, the project appeared to be progressing, but problems soon developed. The workmanship was often sloppy, with uneven paint lines, paint overspray on surfaces that should not have been painted, and construction debris left on the property. The provider also ordered and installed the wrong front door, with the incorrect swing direction, creating additional delays and complications. When the door was initially installed, the threshold was loose and wobbly, the weather stripping around the door was damaged, and the surrounding trim and surfaces were scuffed and damaged during installation. Paint was also left on our brand-new exterior light fixtures and an outdoor rug. When the front door was replaced, the opening was left exposed for an extended period without adequate protection. No tarp or temporary covering was installed, resulting in our air conditioning running continuously and insects entering the home. During the project, one of the workers became verbally aggressive during an interaction. We requested that future work be performed by a different employee, and the provider agreed. At this point, progress slowed, communication became sporadic, and the provider ultimately stopped returning to the job even though several items remained unfinished. The inside door frame remains unfinished, the paint on the front door began peeling within days of being painted, and several touch-up items were never completed. We also later discovered damage to the concrete beneath the front door that was not disclosed to us and now requires repair. We repeatedly contacted the provider regarding these issues. The provider acknowledged the problems and repeatedly assured us they would return to complete the remaining work and make the necessary repairs. However, they failed to appear for scheduled return visits, including appointments on Monday and Wednesday, and ultimately stopped responding on June 3, 2026. Because the project remained incomplete, property damage was left unaddressed, and workmanship issues were never corrected, we obtained an estimate from another contractor totaling $2,725 to repair the defective work and complete the unfinished items. We are seeking reimbursement for the costs necessary to correct the defective workmanship, repair the damage, and complete the work left unresolved by the provider.
