We are a family owned, boutique custom pool company. We wanted to focus on turn key back yard escapes for you and your family. Most pool companies will build the pool and leave your backyard in ruins for you to clean up and fix whatever was broken in the pool construction process. We wanted to do it better, and leave you with a finished product that you and your family can enjoy for years to come. Let us be the key to your escape.

How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because Founded the leading pool service company in San Antonio. We sold that company in 2022 to start a meticulous pool construction company focused on a detail oriented approach to construction. Respecting the customers time and property with communication and attention to detail. We are proud to announce that our Production Manager has been the head of construction for residential and commercial construction around the world since the mid 1980s. He is certainly one of the most qualified construction foremen in South Texas if not the United States. We are happy to welcome Kevin to our team. We plan on being statewide by the end of 2025. .

Repair or Service Swimming Pool or Accessories

Concierge pools did an awesome job on repairing, re plastering, re tiling, install new pool light , and a new deck drain. Landon was very professional and very easy to work with. All of the contractors were also very knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up after they were finished the price was great for all that was done with my pool. I would definitely recommend Landon and Concierge Pools for all of your pool needs.

Concierge Pool Builders repaired damage to my pool deck that was caused by tree roots. Concierge performed the repair and returned the pool deck to its original state. Work was completed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Concierage Pools.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
