Overall it is a poor communication from the company. In regards to the issue that were raised from the customer they were unwilling to resolve. Their work is very disappointing and it reflects on the quality of work that they have done.

No contact in a month and has not returned the calls. I want him to do the project but need him to get in touch with me. He told me he was going to be bringing samples for me to look at which made me feel he would be doing the project.

We had a very large basement area finished with the Epoxy. There were many pre-existing cracks in the gray concrete floor. Although the epoxy finish was more expensive and required a large amount of prep work, it was the perfect solution to fill in those cracks. We chose a combination of 3 colors, and now our floor is beautiful and glossy. Our guests love it.

My project was over a small area and I had a very difficult time getting any contracts to place a bid. Ronnie submitted a bid the same day that he came to our home. We had a few communication issues early on, but were able to work everything out after speaking with Ronnie. After starting the project, Ronnie and his team came out when they said they would and did a great job finishing the project.
